Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Head of Sales to lead our dynamic sales team and drive our business to new heights. This role is perfect for a visionary leader with over a decade of leadership and B2B sales experience in the ICT and ISP sectors. You will be at the helm of our sales operations, managing all aspects of the sales team's activities, performances, and strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, managing their schedules, activities, and performance metrics.
Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring continuous movement and optimization of sales opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing department to identify market trends and opportunities for growth.
Provide detailed sales forecasting and set performance goals accordingly.
Report directly to C-level executives, providing regular updates and strategic insights.
Cultivate lasting relationships with key clients, enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction.
Requirements
A minimum of 10 years in a leadership role with at least 10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the ICT or ISP industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving team performance.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strategic thinker with outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
